3. Overview of the main structure of the product

3.1 Structure overview
This machine is a four-roller plate bending machine, the upper roller position is fixed, the lower and side rollers can move up and down. Both the lower roller and the side roller are moved up and down by the oil cylinders at both ends. The turning and resetting of the front bearing body of the upper roller is carried out by the oil cylinder. Each roller bearing body and oil cylinder are installed in the frame at the left and right ends.
The left and right frames are the main body of the four-roller plate bending machine, which adopts a welding structure and is installed on the overall welding bottom. All operations are performed on the operating table.
Compared with the symmetrical three-roller, the four-roller can directly pre-bend the end of the plate without the help of other equipment molds, and the remaining straight edges are smaller; compared with the asymmetrical three-roller, it can The plate is not turned around, but is rolled into a workpiece. This not only improves the efficiency, guarantees the quality of the workpiece, but also has simple process and convenient operation, which reduces the labor intensity of workers.

3.2 Body
The body is composed of a fixed side frame and an overturned side bracket, and each part adopts a steel plate welded structure. The racks on both sides are positioned with flat keys and fixed on the base by bolts, and the two brackets are connected together with connecting beams to make the whole machine rigid. The racks on both sides are equipped with moving guides for the lower and side rollers, and the fixed side brackets The upper roll bearing seat is provided, which is a closed frame structure. The overturning side bracket is equipped with a supporting device for the overturning frame. The force during the rolling process is borne by the two sides of the bracket. The base is welded by steel plates to support the weight of the machine , To ensure the accuracy of the equipment, and at the same time to balance the torque between the main drive and the frame, and to connect the whole machine into a whole. Installation and transportation are very convenient. 3.3 Work roll
The work roll is the main key working part of the machine. The work roll has a quenching and tempering hardness of HB240~300 and a surface quenching hardness of HRC45-55.
The bearings of the work rolls all adopt rolling mill heavy-duty spherical roller bearings, which have strong bearing capacity, low friction, long service life, energy saving and consumption reduction, and greatly expand the scope of coiling.
In order to ensure the working accuracy of the machine, the work roll must have sufficient rigidity. Under the maximum load, the rigidity of the work roll must be 1/1000-1/1200.
3.3.1 Upper roller device
The upper roller device is composed of upper roller, upper roller bearing, hydraulic motor and so on. The upper roller is designed in a drum shape. Generally, the load factor of the upper roller is 0.7 uniformly distributed load to compensate for the deformation disturbance, which greatly improves the straightness of the product. The surface of the roller is quenched by HRC45-55 in medium frequency. According to the JB/ZG4289-86 roll steel standard, the rigidity conforms to (1/700~1/1000) L L—refers to the distance between the center lines of the racks on both sides. It is manufactured in strict accordance with the various standard process requirements of work roll manufacturing to ensure its comprehensive mechanical performance.
3.3.2 Lower roller device
The lower roller device is composed of the lower roller, the lower roller bearing seat, the bearing, the lower roller oil cylinder and so on. The lower roll is quenched and tempered HB240-300, and the surface is medium-frequency quenched HRC45-55.
3.3.3 Side roller device
The side roller device is composed of two side roller bearing seats, bearings, side roller oil cylinders, etc.; side rollers are quenched and tempered HB240-280, and the surface is quenched by intermediate frequency HRC45-55.
3.4 Bearings at both ends of the work roll
Both ends of all work rolls are equipped with low-speed, heavy-duty double-row spherical roller bearings. This roller bearing adopts domestic famous brand products.
3.5 Tipping device
The tipping device is composed of a ram, a tipping cylinder, etc.
The overturning of the overturning device facilitates the removal of the product along the axial direction of the roller.
3.6 Main transmission mechanism
The transmission mode of the four-roller bending machine is driven by a hydraulic motor. The hydraulic system drives the upper and lower rollers to rotate by driving the hydraulic motor to provide torque for sheet rolling. The hydraulic motors have balance valve brakes, so that the roller can stop rotating accurately in the pre-bending state, ensure the precise positioning of the plate end, prevent the steel plate from sliding off the machine, and minimize the remaining straight edges.
An encoder is installed on the bottom roller and the side roller to detect the displacement of the steel plate, so as to better control the relationship between the displacement of the plate and the displacement of the cylinder up and down, so as to realize the automatic plate rolling.

3.7 Auxiliary transmission mechanism
The auxiliary transmission of this machine is: the lifting of the lower roller and the rollers on both sides, the tilting and resetting of the inverted head, the above all adopt hydraulic transmission, the speed is slow when there is a load, and it can be raised and lowered quickly when there is no load or light load, which improves the production efficiency. Both ends of the lower roller and the side roller can be raised and lowered at the same time or independently.
3.8 Base
The chassis is a steel plate welded structure. After welding, stress relief is processed and processed. The main body of the machine is installed on the chassis, which is the installation benchmark for the entire machine and is convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance.
4.9 Machine guard
There is a removable protective cover around the hydraulic workstation and the space under the work roll. The large protective cover around the hydraulic work is equipped with glass doors and windows, which is convenient for observation and adjustment of the hydraulic valve, and it is also very convenient for maintenance.

The side material support and the top coil support realize fully automatic production and improve the precision of rolling.
