What are the major structural features of four plate roller machine?

The plate rolling machine is a kind of general equipment for bending the sheet metal into a cylinder, arc or other shaped workpiece. All steel forming cylindrical type, almost all with the rolling machine. The machine is widely used in boiler, shipbuilding, petroleum, woodworking, metal structure and other machinery manufacturing industries.

The structure of CNC four plate rolling machine is four-roller type. The upper roller is the main drive. The lower roller makes vertical lifting movement, through the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder acting on the piston, in order to clamp the plate, for hydraulic transmission; on both sides of the roll is provided with a side roll and along the frame guide rail for tilt motion, worm gear worm drive through the screw nut; the advantage of this machine is that the plate end prebending and winding can be carried out on the same equipment.

The specific structure of the CNC four plate rolling machine is explained as follows:

(1) upper roller device

The upper roller device is mainly composed of main oil cylinder, upper roller bearing seat, upper roller, double row aligning bearing, etc. The upper roller is an important part of the plate roller machine, and the journal of both ends of the upper roller adopts extra-wide double-row SELF-Aligning roller series rolling bearings, because the self-aligning roller bearings are used, it is conducive to the tilt of the main roller and easy to coiling. The two main cylinders provide the added pressure required by the rolling sheet (working pressure is 16MPa, rated pressure is 28MPa).

(2) horizontal moving device

The horizontal moving device is powered by the moving motor, and the horizontal movement of the upper roller device is driven by the reducer, worm gear and worm, screw nut mechanism, so as to realize the asymmetric rolling of the plate.

(3) lower roller device

The lower roller device consists of lower roller, lower roller bearing seat, input gear, sliding bearing, etc. The lower roll is an important part of the plate rolling machine. It is suitable for room temperature and low speed and heavy duty places.

(4) roller device

The supporting roller device consists of supporting roller, oblique wedge mechanism, supporting roller adjusting handwheel, etc. A group of rollers, according to the specification of the sheet load, respectively up and down adjustment.

(5) Main transmission device

It is composed of main motor, electro-hydraulic push rod brake, cylindrical gear reducer and output gear.

6) Tipping device

The tipping device is composed of a ram and a tipping cylinder. Mounted on the side of the tumbling frame, used for the tumbling and recovery of the tumbling frame. The toppling of the toppling device facilitates the product removal along the axial direction of the roller.

(7) Hydraulic system

All the upper roll pressure and head movement are controlled by a hydraulic station. The whole system is composed of hydraulic pump station, solenoid valve, superposition valve, cylinder and pipeline. An oil pump motor drives the gear pump through the inner toothed elastic coupling, and the pressure oil from the oil pump first enters the pressure regulating system, adjusts the pressure, and then passes through the channel block to the cylinder through the three-position four-way reversing valve. All valve parts and accessories are plate integrated block connection. In order to ensure the effective operation of the hydraulic system, there is a protective device.

(8) Electric control system

The electronic control system includes electric control cabinet, operation console, and hand-held control box. The main switch of the machine has the function of short circuit protection and overload protection of the main motor. A main motor drives the lower roller to rotate, a motor drives the upper roller to move horizontally, a motor drives a set of hydraulic pump station, with short circuit overheating protection, motor forward and reverse rotation is controlled by AC contactor; Control circuit adopts PLC programmable controller control, less relays, reliable action.

The four-roller plate rolling machine is used to bend the metal plate of a certain thickness into a cylinder, arc or a certain taper parts at room temperature. Its characteristics are as follows:

1. One-time feeding, no need to turn around to complete the rolling;

2. The machine’s three working rolls are mainly driving rolls, to prevent sliding when rolling plate, expand the rolling range of steel plate;

3. The lifting of the upper roll and the translation of the lower roll are all driven by hydraulic pressure;

4. Microcomputer control, automatic leveling, liquid crystal display;
