General Features

Overall welding the front workbench vertical plates and machine frame ensures there are no seam between vertical plates and bilateral wall plates.
Adopt Estun E300 controller cantilever referring to man-machine engineering design, with simple CNC operation surface, improving the operational accuracy and comfortability.
Left and right safety fences are used to protect the worker’s safety.

CNC controller

4 axes are supported, viz, X-axis, Y-axis, R-axis and C-axis.
Automatic calculation of the block position, according to the bending angle, material, thickness and mold parameters.
The back gauge can be controlled in a high-accuracy since the servo systems control X-axis and R-axis.
Optional hydraulic or mechanical to control the C-axis.
Program in absolute value or angle.
Materials and die informations are programable.
Language setting and unit setting.

Electrical box

Use France Schneider electric with high reliability and Estun servo drive to improve the positioning accuracy of X , Y axes.
Electric cabinet with door control power and cooling function.

Main motor

Use Siemens motor to ensure the machine service life and lower the working noise.

Oil Pump

Use USA SUNNY oil pump to ensure the pump service life and lower the working noise.

backgauge

High-precision backgauge device, Taiwan HIWIN ball screw and linear guide rail.

X axis beam

Backgauge adopts horizontal shell installation structure with high reliability, and single-shell double linear guide rails with high precision, X-axis drive, CNC automatic controller.

Rear finger

Backgauge X-axis servo motor control, manually adjust R and X axes, and the stopping finger can move along with the double guide rails.

X Axis

X-axis driven by servo motor with high positioning accuracy, unique designed synchronous transmission mechanism, reliable and stable.

Y Axis

Y-axis driven by servo motor to ensure the positioning accuracy, unique designed synchronous transmission mechanism, reliable and stable.

Hydraulic system

Use USA PARKER/ Japan NOK Sealing ring to improve the oil cylinder service life and ensure long term use without leakage.
Germany Bosch Rexroth integrated hydraulic system, hydraulic transmission, balance and reliable, integrated hydraulic system design can significantly minimize the trouble caused by hydraulic oil leakage.

Clamps

Mechanical quick clamps of upper die is more safe when changing the die

Press Brake Die

Multi-V bottom die with different opening and dimensions accessible, die-changing is convenient, and can meet general plate processing demands with high cost performance.
The Press Brake dies are made by 42CrMo steel, and the temperature of heat treatment up to 42°, ensuring the dies service life.

Workbench

With double T-shaped channel, the workbench is convenient for segmented die installation.
Movable fine polished workbench ensures the workbench surface flatness.

Front supporter

Front supporter, simple structure, powerful function, supporting up/down adjustment, and can move along T-shaped channel in horizontal direction.

Foot pedal switch

South Korea KACON pedal switch, improving the service life and operational sensitivity.
