W11S series Plate Rolling Machine is Features

The maximum working capacity of the machine is determined by the four main parameters of the maximum coil thickness (pre-bending thickness), the maximum coil width, the material of the coiled plate and the minimum diameter of the coil at the maximum specification. The four parameter variables are mutually related during work. The conversion relationship between the devices, that is, the conversion relationship of the machine’s working capacity, is provided to the user in the random manual, so that the user can use the equipment more reasonably.

The lifting movement of the upper roller is driven by the oil cylinders at both ends. The shaft diameters at both ends of the upper roller are supported by spherical roller bearings. The lifting and lowering of the upper roller is synchronously controlled by NC. The balance mechanism can easily unload the rolled workpiece and cylinder.

The shaft diameters at both ends of the lower roller are supported by spherical roller bearings, which are fixed on the horizontal moving frame at both ends, and are driven by oil cylinders at both ends, and the horizontal movement is controlled by NC synchronously.

1.Overview of the mechanical part

The mechanical part of this machine is mainly composed of the following parts:

Dump part:

The dumping part is composed of a dumping side bearing body, a dumping cylinder and a dumping mechanism.

Through the expansion and contraction of the dumping cylinder, the dumping side bearing body is pushed up and down, so as to facilitate the unloading of the rolled workpiece.

A special mechanism is provided to ensure that the dumping cylinder is in a pressure-maintaining state when the upper roller is raised and lowered.

Upper roller part

The upper roller part is composed of upper working roller, bearing body, balance mechanism, main drive and so on.

The upper work roll is the main executive element of the equipment, which has sufficient strength, rigidity, surface hardness and processing accuracy to ensure the reliability and service life during work.

The shaft diameters at both ends of the upper work roll are supported by spherical roller bearings. This type of bearing is suitable for low-speed heavy planting work occasions, with long service life and low friction loss.

The tail of the upper roller is equipped with a balance mechanism to maintain the balance of the upper work roller during unloading, which can facilitate the unloading of the rolled workpiece and the cylinder.

The right side of the upper roller is the main transmission mechanism, which is driven by a hydraulic motor. The power is transmitted to the upper work roll to provide the torque required for the coiling.

The lifting displacement of the upper work roll determines the radius of curvature of the rolled workpiece, which is completed by the lifting of the main cylinder mounted on the base. The lifting movement is controlled synchronously by NC. The displacement sensors installed on the left and right bearing bodies of the upper roller accurately feed back the actual displacement of the upper roller to the PLC, and the PLC controls the opening and closing of the corresponding solenoid valve to realize the absolute and Relative leveling, synchronization accuracy is less than ±0.2.

Because the gear reducer has a large number of meshing teeth, a large overlap coefficient, and the input and output are on the same axis, the main drive has a compact structure, stable operation and low noise.

The work roll is made of 42CrMo high-quality satin steel, quenched and tempered, HB250-286. The work roll is designed in accordance with the JB/ZQ4289-86 roll steel standard, which conforms to the standard of the coiling machine 1/700~1/1000

Lower roller part

The lower roller part is composed of the lower roller, left and right frames, U-shaped guide grooves, and horizontally moving oil cylinders.

The lower work roll is the main executive element of the equipment. It has sufficient strength, rigidity, surface hardness and machining accuracy to ensure the reliability and service life during work.

The shaft diameters at both ends of the lower work roll are supported by spherical roller bearings, fixed on the horizontal moving frame at both ends, and driven by the oil cylinders at both ends, and the horizontal movement is synchronously controlled by NC. Installed on the left and right lower roll frames The displacement sensor accurately feeds back the actual displacement of the lower roller to the PLC, and the PLC controls the opening and closing of the corresponding solenoid valve to achieve absolute and relative leveling when the lower roller moves horizontally. The synchronization accuracy is less than ±0.2.

Frame part

The frame part is composed of a base, a large left and right frame, a connecting beam and a shield.

The machine adopts an integral base, which is strong in rigidity, easy to hoist, and easy to install. The main force-bearing parts adopt reliable connection of keys and pins, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

The main hydraulic cylinder installed on the base provides the pressing power of the upper roller.

Sensor part

The sensor is installed at the bearing bodies of the lower roller and the upper roller respectively, and the two ends of the sensor are equipped with joint bearings, which reduces the installation requirements and improves the accuracy of signal feedback.

Hydraulic system overview

The main functions of the hydraulic system are: drive the main cylinder to move up and down, drive the lower roller cylinder to move the lower roller horizontally; control the dumping cylinder for dumping and resetting movements. Drive the rotation of the upper and lower roller motors.

The pump station is the power source of the hydraulic system. Provide the power required by the system. It is powered by an electric motor and a gear pump. The control part adopts the form of oil circuit block to reduce pipelines and joints. It is easy to operate and maintain. The outlet of the gear pump is equipped with a safety valve, an overflow valve and a pressure relay to protect the system safety.

The system is equipped with system protection. When the system pressure exceeds the pressure set by the overflow valve, the overflow valve opens and the system relieves the pressure. When the overflow valve fails, the electrical system will be powered off and protected by the feedback signal of the pressure relay.

The entire hydraulic system is reasonably designed, reliable in operation, and equipped with high-precision oil suction and return filters to ensure the cleanliness of the system oil. There is an air filter to ensure normal breathing and moisture evaporation from the fuel tank.

The oil temperature and oil level gauge displays the amount of hydraulic oil in the oil tank and the temperature of the hydraulic oil.

Through the pressure gauge, the system pressure and pressure fluctuations can be observed intuitively.

Through the electro-hydraulic reversing valve, the lifting movement of the upper roller and the horizontal movement of the lower roller can be controlled, and the hydraulically controlled one-way valve can make the work roller stay in any position.

All hydraulic parts undergo rigorous testing and screening before entering the factory to eliminate hidden troubles in advance.

The system piping is neatly arranged, easy to operate, flexible in action, and has an overload protection device.

Electrical parts

The electrical system consists of an electrical cabinet, a movable console, and a control system.

Electrical cabinet

The electrical cabinet is equipped with an air switch, a PLC from Japan’s OMRON company, and corresponding input and output modules. And the strong current part.

Control System

The control system of this machine adopts the PLC programmable controller of Japan’s OMRON company and the corresponding input and output modules and strong electric parts. The system has the following intelligent functions:

1) Fault self-diagnosis display and intelligent judgment function of operating errors;

2) Monitoring logic processing and protection functions of various parts of the machine tool;

3) The soft and hard limit protection function of each moving part;

4) Power-off memory function: that is, when the power is suddenly cut off in the middle of the operation or the whole machine is powered off at the end of the coiling, when the position of the lower and side rollers changes due to some reason, the PLC system function will track the roller position accurately and accurately again when the power is turned on. The actual position is displayed.

This configuration has been proved in the process of long-term supporting use: it has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability, long service life, earthquake resistance and stable operation.
